Located on the North Somerset Coast, Weston-super-Mare doesn't do Great British seaside tradition by halves. In this coastal town you'll find the usual seaside trimmings and then some, from fish n' chips and buckets n' spades to live music, donkey rides, arcades and the landmark Grand Pier, now a Grade II Listed monument which celebrated its 100 year anniversary in 2004.
Coach trips to Weston-super-Mare
If you're on the hunt for entertainment, then the Grand Pier is where most of the action happens, with its Crazy House, bowling, bands and promenade potential, as well as old fairground favourites like Dodgems. Away from the pier, the Land Train is on hand to take tourists on a mini-tour, there are shops, indoor and outdoor markets, and the Aquarium and North Somerset Museum, showcasing Victorian seaside memorabilia, are also well worth a visit. Throw in an enviable sandy beach, plus some great vistas towards the Welsh Coast and it's easy to see why coach tours to Weston-super-Mare run year after year.
