Easy Rider Service:Flight times and requirements to check-in several hours beforehand may mean a very early start to your holiday. Our Easy Rider service could be the perfect answer as we can provide reasonably priced first class hotels that are conveniently located for departures from London’s Heathrow & Gatwick airports, Dover or Southampton ports or St Pancras Station. This allows you to leave home at a reasonable hour the day before your international travel, transfer to the hotel by our renowned Titan HiTours VIP Home Departure Service ®, relax for the evening and awake refreshed and ready for your holiday to begin.
NEW for 2010 – Titan HiTours are pleased to offer the Easy Rider service without the hotel booking for which we apply a £25 per person admin fee. In 2010, the Easy Rider will cost £49 pp instead of £75 pp (excluding breakfast). The Easy Rider service is available on your return journey too. In most places you’ll receive a reduction on the car-parking fee or free parking will be offered should you decide not use our VIP Home Departure Service ™. If you stay at Heathrow’s Park Inn then you can take advantage of a 20% discount on food and drinks. To add the Easy Rider Service, please speak to your sales consultant at the time of booking.
Regional Airport Access:Our friendly staff will come and collect you from your front door and take you to your nearest regional airport at no extra cost to you.
Better Prices Better Prices can be found on many tours to 100s of exciting Worldwide Destinations. The leads in prices for selected worldwide tours departing in 2010 are much cheaper than those for 2009. For example, New York and Boston – A Tale of Two Cities cost £1395 pp in 2009 but in 2010 you'll only pay £1195 pp. That’s a saving of £200 per person! Keep a look out for the special reduced tags to take advantage of these amazing deals!Our 33 - Year Price Promise:For the past 33 years, we have not added any surcharges to our holidays after our clients have booked their holiday. This is despite historic surcharges added by cruise lines, airlines and rail operators. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time, however once you have confirmed a holiday and paid a deposit for it, the price is protected and will not be subject to any surcharges.
Our Price Guarantee:If our prices are reduced below the price you have already paid (after any applicable discounts given), we guarantee to reduce your price to the new price with an additional discount given of up to £20 per person. For example, if you pay £2,500 per person for your tour and we subsequently reduce this to £2,300 (after discounts) your new price will be £2,280 per person. This guarantee is based on tour prices only, and does not include airline upgrade prices, regional flight supplements or flexible holiday additions. The earlier you book, the lower the price you’ll pay!
