Our Hotel Network
We use more than 100 hotels throughout the UK, all of which are personally visited and vetted by our staff to meet our exacting standards. This attention to detail has led to good relationships with high-profile hotel chains.Additionally we use a wide range of smaller, family-run hotels, which are popular with customers who prefer a more intimate experience. Almost all our tours are half-board, adding even more value to our already highly competitive holiday packages.
Who Are We?
Founded as the Coach Holiday Warehouse in 1996, the company has enjoyed strong growth from the start. In 2005 the name TheCoachHoliday.com was adopted, signaling our efforts to reach new customers online. In January 2009 Luis Arteaga initiated a management buyout and became the majority shareholder.Since that time, the company has experienced phenomenal growth and is now the second largest coach holiday provider in the UK, with nationwide pickups and a customer base of more than 250,000 households. A 2010 review identifying long-term trends, consumer needs and business opportunities made us want to create a more customer-focused brand. Launching in January 2011, Just Go! represents a distinctive step forward in the marketplace and one that sets us up for further expansion.
Our Pick Ups
Our continued expansion means we can reach customers all over England and Wales. We now pick up in more than 750 centrally positioned and accessible locations from Falmouth to Carlisle. Unlike many of our competitors, our coaches follow a single route rather than relying on a feeder system. The appeal of this approach is that it delivers a ‘same seat, same coach, same driver’ policy,* ensuring consistency, comfort and familiarity from the moment our customers board their executive coach. *subject to driving hour regulations
Our PartnersWe work in partnership with the finest coach operators across the UK in order to maximize our national presence and ensure availability of our tours to as many customers as possible. At present, we have agreements with 70 quality coach operators – an increasing number of whom are now operating coaches with our own livery. With the help of these partners we aim to have a record 100 coaches bearing the Just Go! livery at the start of 2011.

We are members of both the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT) who protect ‘the interests of its member(s) by working to influence, inform and enhance the bus, coach and light rail industries’ and the Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH), a scheme recognised by ABTA. The Bonded Coach Holiday Scheme is approved by the Department of Trade and Industry as satisfying the requirements of the Package Travel Regulations. All of our holidays are fully bonded, ensuring that customers’ payments are completely secure and their holiday is covered for completion or repatriation if they are already on holiday. The bonding is provided by Barclays Bank plc.
