How to Book

Follow the steps below on how to find a tour, or jump to step 3 to find out how to make a booking.

As the first coach holiday site with complete on-line booking of all coach tours, this is the easiest way to book. However, we also recognise that you may have additional questions, so it is possible for you to deal directly with the company who arranges your coach break.

Step 1

To find the tour you want there are several routes:

Tour Finder - Choose from each criteria to get tour results that are relevant to your postcode or departure point.

Search Door2Tour - Use our open search and perform a quick search by typing in a keyword, like 'Alton Towers' or 'singles' (e.g. for singles breaks) to find relevant tours.

Destinations - From the Home Page, use either the Tour Guide link or the Travel Guides map, then drill down until you find the place you'd like to visit. At any stage you may view tours to that destination or attraction.

Themes - If you know what you want to do but aren't sure where to start, have a look at our Tour Type link; once you've chosen the theme all the relevant tours will be displayed.

Events - Click on a calendar period in the Special Events to find an event you want to go to then see coach tours to that event.

Most Popular - Let us inspire you! We suggest different types of holiday, break or trip you might like to go on: you choose one and see the relevant tours!

Step 2

You now have a list of coach tours. Select the one you want and find out more about it, including availability, itinerary and price, using the various links or tabs. You can even save several tours in the 'View My Tours' area until you decide on the one you want. Don't wait too long though - we can't hold availability!

Step 3

Use the Book Now button at the top of the tour page to enter the booking process. This is a simple process which only takes a couple of minutes and there are plenty of opportunities for you to check information and change it if necessary. You just need your credit/debit card to hand.

Step 4

If you don't want to book now but want to make an enquiry to the coach operator, simply click on the Contact button at the top of the tour page. You can even request a call back. Just remember, your tour is not held for you until you complete the booking!

Step 5

If you book on-line you will receive confirmation almost immediately - then just sit back and count the days until you go.

Please note that if you book directly with the operator you will normally have to wait a few days for the confirmation in the post.
