As the first coach holiday site with complete online booking of all coach tours, from New Year breaks to Canada tours, booking on the website is the easiest way to book. However, we recognise that you may have questions prior to booking, so we have compiled a list of FAQs that should assist with your enquiry. Should these not answer your queries, we also make it possible for you to deal directly with the coach operator who arranges your coach break.
Step 1: Search the site to Find a Tour!
You can use any of the following to find a tour:
Find a Tour - Use the Find a Tour panel on the right to choose from each search criteria to get tour results that are relevant to your departure area.
Search - Perform a quick search by typing a word or phrase in the Search box, like 'christmas markets' or 'singles' (e.g. for singles breaks) to find relevant tours.
Destinations – If you're looking for inspiration or would like to read up on a destination before you travel, check out our Travel Guides using the Travel Guides panel to the right to select a destination. For most destinations you will be able to view tours to that place.
Please note that as the pickup points available vary from tour to tour, we require you to select which county you will be departing from on all tour searches.
Step 2: Your Search Results
You now have a list of coach tours suitable for your criteria. Find out more about each tour including pickup points, availability, itinerary and price, by using the View Details button.
Step 3: Tour Details - Entering the booking process
If there is more than one date for the tour, select which date you want from the Date(s) Available and use the Book Online button at the top of the tour page to enter the booking process. This is a simple process that only takes a couple of minutes and there are plenty of opportunities for you to check information and change it if necessary. You just need your credit/debit card details to hand. You can also enter any special requests (such as dietary requirements etc) during this stage.

If you would like to speak to the Coach Operator before you book, click on the Email or Phone icon to email your enquiry (Email icon) from the tour, obtain the Coach Operator's name and contact information (Phone icon) or to request a callback (Phone icon).
Step 4: After You Have Booked
If you book online you will receive the booking confirmation by email almost immediately - then just sit back and count the days until you go! If you book directly with the coach operator, you will normally have to wait a few days for the booking confirmation to arrive in the post.
