Epsom Coaches

Epsom Coaches operate a wide range of luxury coach holidays in the UK and Europe. We stay at excellent hotels, offering high standards of service and cuisine. We have a modern fleet of superb Setra coaches with high levels of comfort and safety. All holidays have a tour guide and our itineraries are varied and interesting.

We offer a door-to-door service on all our holidays. Clients are picked up from home and brought to our new departure lounge in Epsom. When everyone is present the coach departs. At the end of the holiday everyone is returned to their front door. This service is included in the holiday price.

Epsom Coaches also operate a wide selection of day excursions visiting homes and gardens, the coast, the countryside and the continent. Information about our day trips in the first part of the year will be available in early February.

Financial Security:
We subscribe to the Code of Conduct of the Bonded Coach Holidays Group ("BCHG") of the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK. BCHG requires a bond to be taken out to provide protection for your holiday money in the unlikely event that a Member cannot, for financial reasons, carry out their obligations to their passengers.

BCHG Consumer Guarantee:
The Bonded Coach Holiday Group guarantees to bona fide customers that in the event of failure of a bona fide Member, it will:
(1)    wherever possible, arrange for a holiday or tour to be completed;
(2)    where failure occurs after a holiday has begun, arrange for customers to be returned by an appropriate means of transport to their UK area of departure;
(3)    if the holiday or tour cannot be completed as planned, the reimbursement of payments made by the customer to the BCHG Member.
The air holidays in our brochure are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 4035. In the unlikely event of insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
