Our pick of the best of British

To coincide with last night’s BRIT Awards, the Door2Tour escorted tours team thought we’d have a little fun of our own and have come up with a hypothetical list of places in Great Britain that we would issue an award to. We have come up with a few fun award categories, chosen our winner and given reasons as to why we felt they should get the award and in some cases a fun fact! Insider's Guide To Cruising

Our guest blogger for Door2Tour, Jodie Logsdon, recently experienced cruising for the first time and compares her time spent on-board as to that of an adventure holiday. She took part in practically every activity available from rock-climbing to surfing, ice-skating to basketball as well as being able to visit eight different locations in just 2 weeks. Find out more about her travels with this insider's view of cruising for the first-timer. If you've been on a cruise too, get in touch and let us know your experiences or tell us your funny stories, we'd love to hear them!

Should you too quiver at the thought of the inevitable packing, take a quick peek at our guide so you can pack with ease before you travel.
